Day 01 -

Go to your Negombo accommodation so you and your special someone can relax there. Take a town excursion and head to the charming beaches. Stay overnight in Negombo.

Day 02 -

Explore the seaside town and take a tour of the charming Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Visit Polonnaruwa to marvel at the magnificent prehistoric ruins before continuing on to Sigiriya which is home to one of the wonders of the world. Stay overnight in Sigiriya.

Day 03 -

Following a morning tour of the historic city of Polonnaruwa proceed to Kandy, the cultural hub of Sri Lanka which is surrounded by lush hills. Stay overnight in Kandy.

Day 04 -

Proceed to Kandy town and enjoy a fascinating city tour. Look into Kandy Lake and the neighbourhood here. Take note of the Holy Temple of the Tooth Relic which is highly regarded and loved by people from many different religious backgrounds. Stay overnight in Kandy.

Day 05 -

Discover Nuwara Eliya, sometimes known as ‘Little England’ due to its nice climate and colonial architecture. To discover more about the process of making tea stop by a plantation or tea factory along the way. Arrive in Nuwara Eliya and stroll around the city stopping in Victoria Park to admire Gregory Lake’s tranquil beauty. Stay overnight in Nuwara Eliya.

Day 06 -

Proceed in the direction of the Southern Coast and pause at the Dutch Fort in Galle, a notable site. Admire the breathtaking beaches of Hikkaduwa and Bentota where you can engage in watersports or just unwind by the water’s edge. After checking into your hotel by the sea, relax. Stay overnight in Bentota.

Day 07 -

See the best of the Southern Coast by taking a tour of the UNESCO World Heritage Site which has well-preserved ramparts and colonial architecture. Spend some time strolling along its quaint streets which are lined with cafes and specialised shops. While lounging by the water’s edge in the afternoon take advantage of the sun and water sports. Stay overnight in Bentota.

Day 08 -

Wake up and enjoy the stunning sunset in the beach town. Visit Colombo to experience the city’s vibrant nightlife. If entertaining activities are your thing, take your significant other along. Stay overnight in Colombo.

Day 09 -
